Morale
I find my mens morale droping all the time and i find my self cheating as only way to still survive. And they always complain: Your men wish you and your companions provide more entertainment.

I haven't downloaded this particular mod yet but i've seen the option in other mods to hire an entertainer for a certain amount of $, they're normally found in taverns.
Another reason could be that you're fighting the same faction as the troops you have, which drops moral everytime you fight them.

I found the reason, just go to town and sit on your ass and do nothing generate allot of morale.

... not allowed to sat a/s/s anymore....

Go into the Mod Options and there's an ability to turn off "Rest affects morale" or something like that. If you disable that option, your army's morale will no longer drop whenever you're not resting.
