Sorry but it has to be said
Ive seen loads of items like this that are very different in design to the stock items.
Usually valve does not add them because they dont want to spend the time creating new effects and mechanics im worried the same thing happens here. they always choose safer items that make less changes... also hats anything thats a hat.
