How would it function?
It could work just like a shotgun for heavy with some Stats laid out by Valve, but I think it could also work as a sorta, minigun-like shotgun which would be interesting to see (Due to the spinning barrels).

What do you guys think?

I'd like to see something along the lines of the Panic Attack and the Half-Life Shotgun. It would automatically reload every 1.5 seconds, holding up to 3 bullets at a time. Left Click would fire one shot with the same number of pellets and damage per pellet as the normal shotgun. The Right Click would fire all loaded bullets simultaniously, each with the same strength as a normal shotgun shot.

What about magazine reload and shotgun barrels spin on firing?
