I can't do anything without the global logs, and try withtout any mod

it's probably a mod conflict I don't have this error
I have the conflict as well, but its caused by Cat's Boots and Gloves (atleast thats the mod that created the error on my end). I have a link to my log: https://gist.github.com/HugsLibRecordKeeper/3b263a8bcc6e834c1264d49e384f97d5. Hope it helps. :)
Tribal's seem to just not spawn with this mods clothes while Cat's is enabled, regardless of its location within the load order. Not game breaking, as you can still craft the apparel and they already cant spawn with the stuff added by Cat's.
Heard back from the mod author for Cat's. Their mod and this one don't cause the issue on their own, so it's likely a conflict with another of my mods. :(
Setting the mod to load after Vanilla Armour Expanded removes the error on launch. Rimpy was auto sorting the mod to be lower than VAE, but a custom rule for the sort fixed it.

Not sure what the error actually was about though. Something to do with the Tribal Chief's apparel, sure, but all other pawns spawned with the items from both mods just fine (my original observation was just wrong). Worst case scenario, a single raider / pawn doesn't spawn with the mods items, which is a fairly minor problem.

@Uiopik Hope that helps on your end, as my end is fixed. :)
