Blessed saurus warriors tooltip says that they have perfect vigour but they do not.
Empire handgunners don't have shieldbreaker.

Handgunners intentionally dont have shieldbreaker. Perfect vigour bullet point will be fixed next time I make a patch that actually does something important

Looks like Gelt's Quicksilver mount was removed (unsure if that was intentional). I don't have other mods which affect mounts or skill trees, and disabling this one makes it show as an option again in a new campaign.
