I found the other language tlks, they did make it with the vault transition (I couldn't find my copy on my drives).

The German, non-complete French, Polish, Spanish, and Italian versions are in their original language except for my content (which is in English). Anyone who wants to finish/update these has my permission and heartfelt thanks!

If you want to email me the Dialog.tlk and Dialogee.tlk from your language to kaedrin.nwn2@gmail.com I'll be happy to update this (by adding my English content to your language). I'll also be happy to host any additional full languages if anyone develops them and gives me permission to do so.
