The memories of NWN2 are truly nostalgic and bring a tear to my eye.

I think the nwn2 community bugfix mod is only partial compatible with kaedrins. The new cleric domains don't work with both installed. For example, when selecting the ocean domain, it does show up on the character screen, but not under the feats section, also the revised domains like cold get reverted to their vanilla description. That's the only thing I found so far, but there might be other issues too.

Jeki-Chan - the known issues already mentions that Fey and Dragon races cause a crash and none of the subraces are currently working till we get a patch.
jadoea - I'm still working on a change list for 1.46 but Dark Champion isn't going to be a part of it. I've got a lot of different WIP links around and they will get cleaned up once I get a finalized version.
10 PM will grant 9/10 spell progression starting at level 2 just like the class description states.
It does also affect spell level which isn't explicitly called out like newer prestige classes because it's an older description before I got more specific.
I found the other language tlks, they did make it with the vault transition (I couldn't find my copy on my drives).
The German, non-complete French, Polish, Spanish, and Italian versions are in their original language except for my content (which is in English). Anyone who wants to finish/update these has my permission and heartfelt thanks!

One question though: I tried to do the changes you mentioned. All the subraces before Fey and Dragon is showing, but none after those. And even though there's no higher value than 48 in racialtypes.2da, it still crashes when clicking Fey / Dragon. The problem is, Fey & Dragon is set to non-PC but they were PC races in GOG version.
In the discussions I shared my test runs for you and Kaedrin.
After that just go to "racialtypes.2da" and make sure to put the new line number of all subrace lines from the other 2da in the column DefaultSubRace.. the entries that are beyond number 48 put it -1 just in case.
I was checking in toolset and in test modules and it is running just with that. I hope this helps to the modders that want to restore extra subraces in their haks or PW.
For some reason the Enchanced Edition in their player character creation menu can only read the first 48 entries of the "racialsubtypes.2da" (the ones that it has the X2 expansion file).
Also in DefaultSubRace column inside "racialtypes.2da" if some line has a valor over 48.. it will make the EE crash in the chartacter creation menu.
Also a question, Eldritch Glaive works with Cleave or not?
