Actually what tf2 is doing is putting out things that people think there will be one, like for a bit they said a dog would be the tenth. But in actualality (cant spell for crap) there isn't going to be one. Unless gabin sees this ands like "LETS MAKE A TENTH CLASS JUST TO PROVE THIS ♥♥♥♥♥♥ WRONG"

I think the 10th class should be heavys sandvich, only it grew up into a beef sandvich (with cheese and your choice of sides)

If you go into the files of TF2 there are hints at the Civilian being added sometime in the near future (and by near future I mean 3 Valve years)
