(Starts at +20% damage, can go to -50% damage)

Doctor´s set bonus is good, we need more set bonuses. Maybe The Stampede could have base -50% damage not full damge with crits. This Poacher would be very extra ordinary sniper rifle and it would make sniper more "field class" and not just sitting in one corner of the map, like the Huntsman did.
