Hello im trying to do the set up for the game and im on exploration deck part just for easy difficulty. when it says "Take one Tier 3 Exploration card and add the tier 3 Hatchery card." where is the Hatchery cards?

They are located under the Hatchery mission card on the left side of the table. (They are additional exploration cards)

The rulebook only describes the Purge Hatcheries mission. Depending on which mission you want to play, you add the corresponding exploration cards (related to that mission) to the basic deck.
