I only have this mod and the required mods, and I can't find any guns neither. Not even as loot.

Someone said you can get one with the gun workshop, also I think I saw one after a battle but I'm not sure. I just used the cheat mode inventory I grabed one.

Looked all over last night and didn't find any. Apparently they are supposed to appear in some towns, but no luck myself.

Haven't been playing long and they just updated but so far its been the same here.

you will only find them in a high prosperity town with a gunsmith or maybe as loot after battle

I bought a gunsmith myself and I am having them send all production to the warehouse so I can grab one when they make it.

in the new update I found some in a settlement

a way i got a gun was by enlisting into a army, skilling to a unit with gun and then leaving
however, each lord/clan has his own unit-tree since my friend tried it too with a random lord but got a other unit-tree

(not sure if it was a bug cuz all other loot like armor, ammo, and so on was taken away)

Guns can only be found in certain towns that have gunsmiths, as very rare loot, or by raising a companion from your army that was a gun class. Check the workshops in the town, if no gunsmith, then it will not produce guns. I found them fairly quickly but I did spend a war as a soldier for the experience before I really went looking, and started in the west where they focus on guns anyway. They are also super pricey, at almost 9k a gun.
