Same problem with my current save I'm on. Not sure if its the initial / sole cause of getting the long disorganized status to being with, but I noticed when joining an army and leaving, it doubles my already inflated disorganized status (From 1115461 days to 2230922 days). Also noticed, after testing a little more, that once you've already obtained this bug, seems like even winning battles does the same. Could be from joining the army that started this or could also probably be some other stuff that might of been the root cause to the problem. Too far in my current save / into the bug to determine what caused this bug initially. Definitely a bug that's game breaking haha.
