Mod manager wont show mod

Hi,

Shokuho won't display on my mod manager. Normally i install my games, subscribe to them in the workshop and they load up without any problems.
With shokuho its different and i can't find the mod listed in the mod manager.

My path for installation is: E: Steamlibrary/steamapps/common/workshop/content/261550.

Anyone?
