setting sail not working

i have ships with enough capacity for my troops in one port. when i set sail my chat just stands on water and whatever i click i come back into the port menu. Anyone knows what to do?

I believe you have prisoners. They also have to be onboarded so sell your prisoners in a tavern a try again

This has been the solution every time it's happened to me
