The Developer of this amazing mod has already stated you need to compile shaders and it also states in the game to do this on the highest possible settings I've suffered 2 Crashes so far and was due to my own stupidity and not really a crash

So i recommend Compiling all the Shaders in Max settings before trying to play the game and then adjust your settings afterwards
