find cities where there are 2 villages with the same resource - for example Hide (Leather workshop) - that gives me 700-900 gold in the early and mid game

but, I advise you to find a city where there are resources for Armor and Bows and Weapons workshops - if you sell once a month you will have 100k+ (you set it to 100% to store in the pantry)
