Has anyone worked out what to do with these? I ended up buying a cheaper one just to try see what happened I thought I'd read it and get a skill level or something, but haven't worked out what I'm supposed to do with it.

on campaign map hit x to create camp and then from the menu to the left select "book to read" or smth
now everytime you wait or camp you read the book automatically
