Hello

Not sure if this was asked before. When I join to help defend a town or castle all my troops start at the end of the map. By the time they make it to the bottom gate the enemy is already broken it and climbed over with ladders. This puts me at a very bad disadvantage when it comes to defending to the point where I stopped going in to help.
