AI killing itself when enlisted

everytime I enlist in an army the lord somehow thinks he can win a battle and ACTIVELY engages a force that has like 2-5x the amount of troops , I don't know if it's mod specific or just taleworld AI but please fix

It's because he's a samurai and this is the way. If you were a Samurai searching for a good death and you knew you had the Main Character as part of your army, you too would try against insurmountable odds. They expected you to carry and you let them down
