I love the workshops in this game! But, ran into a issue where I had unwisely bought all the workshops in one city and then accepted a mercenary assignment that led me to be at war with the faction where my workshops were located. I thought that once the war was settled the workshops would be returned to me, but I seem to have completely lost them forever. Is this by design or a bug? I seem to remember in vanilla it just stops making money while you are at war with them and then resumes making stuff once the war is done.
