Rimzone: Sons and Daughters of Helghan
Update 1.1: the army arrives

added the Helghan Junta faction: an aggressive and undiplomatic Helghan Successor state bent on claiming this rim as a stepping stone to reclaim Helghans former glory

added helghast starting scenario

added the StA-52 V2 Rifle, and VC39 Accelerator Rifle

added Senate Uniform + Sniper BDU

fixed a layering issue with webbing, took awhile to find as it kept happening...semi randomly?

either way it shouldnt happen anymore

Update 1.2: Supply Drop

this update adds plenty of new apparels and security functions, as well as the overlord dropship for those who use odyssey

added the STA-18 pistol

added the StA-3 emplacement, VnS-10 Scylla emplacement, VnD-10 Siren emplacement, and the StA-120 Gorgon automated mortar

added the helghan foundry (all helghan equipment is now produced here)

added the overlord dropship

Changes/bugfixes: gasmasks can now be worn with hats, may be visually odd with some apparels
