Tomb Kings Start Problem
Not sure if I'm doing something wrong but I've tried a few different things to make them stay but as soon as I start the 10 boys you get up and leave and don't have time to build anything before they wanna dip.

Any pointers or advise would be nice.

I likely made their stats too harsh, I blanket made all the races then I've been going back through them again, about to finish up High Elves RQ then I can work over Tomb Kings next

If you update it should be fixed.
The mod is punishing at first. Till you get a source for tech. Start with fishies, then fill their first furnitures needs, build the food stalls, arean, fireplace. That should be good enough to get up to 75 or 100 pop. From the first tech points, get the cultural thingie to get speakers and stage.

From that on you can get graveyard if they fancy that, but otherwise your aim IF you can't build coal mines ot have 300 pop to get the kiln for coal and the labs. It's very likely you will need to juggle techs a bit around.

For me hunting helped a lot for tomb kings, started fishing, then cultural tech with hunting, got them cosy coats and I was set with happiness.
