As you like. Doesn't bother me that much in game, but as you want to see...

I'm not sure how to attach a modlist *directly* as a text file, but you can see quite clearly here. I'll take a look.

I have uploaded the RML file as a text list here. Unsurprisingly, it's just Core and 2077, as listed.

Not sure why the console start-of-game lists mods that aren't *loaded*, but unless you're about to tell me that mods that aren't present in a save at all can affect mods that are, I supremely doubt it's related.

Oh, and this is the 1.6 version of the game, rather then the 1.5 version.

Ah, thank you!

The problem may be the missing DLC then. Specifically, Kerenzikov and Memory Boost do give a buff to Meditation Focus Rate, which is probably an Ideology-specific stat. I'll change it to only give that buff when Ideology is installed.

That would explain one of the start-up messages in the console:

"Could not resolve cross-reference: No RimWorld.StatDef named MeditationFocusGain found to give to RimWorld.StatModifier (null stat)
UnityEngine.StackTraceUtility:ExtractStackTrace ()
Verse.Log:Error (string)
Verse.DirectXmlCrossRefLoader/WantedRefForObject:TryResolve (Verse.FailMode)
Verse.DirectXmlCrossRefLoader/<>c__DisplayClass16_0:<ResolveAllWantedCrossReferences>b__0 (Verse.DirectXmlCrossRefLoader/WantedRef)
Verse.GenThreading/<>c__DisplayClass7_1`1<Verse.DirectXmlCrossRefLoader/WantedRef>:<ParallelForEach>b__0 (object)
System.Threading.QueueUserWorkItemCallback:WaitCallback_Context (object)
System.Threading.E"

Glad to have helped you resolve it.
