I'm not sure how to attach a modlist *directly* as a text file, but you can see quite clearly here. I'll take a look.

The problem may be the missing DLC then. Specifically, Kerenzikov and Memory Boost do give a buff to Meditation Focus Rate, which is probably an Ideology-specific stat. I'll change it to only give that buff when Ideology is installed.

I have sorted out all my mods using Rimsort and there were no error messages related to your mod or any other mods in general. Thus I knew it was safe to go.
So Then I spent a lot of time editing my colonist using 'Character Editor' Mod. Adding relevant cyberware that interested me
I picked a tile map, my colonists landed, then I accidentally noticed that none of the cyberware actually showed up in the health tab and the affected stats also didn't register. As if I never picked the cyberware in the first place
The screenshots provided is my second time loading a new tile map to see if it is a reoccurring issue.
Also I do have your multi os mod enabled as well.
I have included all the relevant screenshots here, including the logs. Edit Note: i spaced the links so thhey so up

Hmm, Maybe it has something to do with my mod settings then because someone in a RimWorld discord server said that having a lot of mods usually mean I should look into the settings due to overlaps and stuff.
Also thanks for the tip, I didn't know that.
Good news, I have found the issue... It was my own stupidity, so Basically I had been lowering the severity to 0 everytime before but few minutes ago I had a thought, what if severity is actually needed for the edit to be successful
Then I tried it and now it works.
