Unusual effect adjusting seems to be broken
Not sure if this is a recent thing caused by an update, but the unusual version of this hat is no longer seemingly able to be adjusted on the space mann, without fail effects will either completely disappear when adjusted or will appear in the adjusted position when the adjust unusual effect box is unchecked.
