I have knowledge on the religious translation of some names in Basque and of a few names that historically that have been used in some cases long before the time period of Christianity.

@Eibarwoman - I would be happy to learn of this knowledge! It's a shame how little care Paradox had for it's names.... I would be more then grateful if you'd share these Basque names

As in some of the names are even used in more modern senses but given the more medieval names use the modern name as a base, it's safe to assume the modern name also saw significant use.

Panteleimon should be Panteleemon but to avoid identical vowels in a row (usually a no-no) I kept it
Sophronius > Sophronios (hellenised, again)
Sotirios > Soterios

Elpida > Elpis (conservative form of the nominative case, which would be more proper)
Rodia > Rhodia (The base game is inconsistent on R vs Rh, so just choose whatever)

@Spaceracer 1) Thanks for the spelling fixes. I kinda struggled with that part. + For finding the duplicate name. 2) I was tempted to add the names you suggested too and they make sense for us Greeks but it's really hard to find proof of their use. So either they weren't used or were extremely rare. ( For example, Martinos, was more of a last name. ) Anyways, it's up to the author if he want's more content he can include these females names but at the cost of a bit of "uncertainty".
