Recommendations
Make recommendations for the mod here! Note that any ideas in the Black Ops 1 Weapon Zombies Pack thread are already being considered for this mod so avoid repeating yourself here if possible.

The next feature I will add to this mod is support for Kino der Toten and Call of the Dead, I'm planning on basing wallbuys on the Der Riese map layout (Gewehr 43 + Kar98k starting room, etc.) and later I will add an option to change to a wallbuy set-up based around finding counterparts to BO weapons (e.g. M1 Garand + Double Barrelled Shotgun in starting room)
After that I will port over all applicable lobby menu options from the Black Ops 1 Zombies Weapon Pack, however this will be a slow process as I need to make sure everything will be in order.
I won't forget to add TF's Zombies Options to a separate download on UGX as well, assuming I complete any part of the lobby menu options.

Some good suggestions would be to add the same features as the bo1 mod and more maps but maybe more such as select able waw hud also do you have a discord server ?

I also forgot to mention that at some point I will add the M1 Garand with Rifle Grenade (I've given some pointers to TheAllNightFall on how to implement it), and if/when assets for the Panzerschreck and Molotov Cocktail are available they will be implemented into the mod too.

Pharo/PM63 = M1 Garand
L-CAR9/MPL = M1A1 Carbine
Argus/Stakeout = Trenchgun
VMP/AK74U = Thompson
Vesper (stairwell) = N/A
MP40 = MP40
M8A1 = Sawed Off Double Barrel
KN-44/MP5K = STG44
ICR/M16 = BAR

Also maybe an option to switch the Thundergun with the Wunderwaffe DG2 or have both

probably the only time I'll suggest wall weapons for this mod. this idea was based off the fact Kino was planned for WAW

Can you make the Molotovs work similarly to the Wraith fires from bo4?

I cannot quite remember what BO III weapons correspond to which BO weapons, however this is the plan I've had for a long time (even before my original Black Ops Zombies Weapon Pack - I have a map layout image from 2017)

M14: Gewehr 43 / M1 Garand

PM63: M1 Carbine / BAR
Stakeout: Trench Gun
(MP40 unchanged)

What's up friend, back again with the suggestions. I see you said you're already implementing certain Bo1 mod changes as well, I just want to quickly list some new changes and some of those bo1 changes that I hope you're considering.

Firstly I wanted to suggest removing the Colt from the box.

WaW maps: Is it possible to change the box light in the sky from blue to yellow on specific WaW maps? I'd prefer it remain blue on all other maps, and then no light on Nacht if there is one haven't looked yet.

Nacht Der Untoten: Could you remove the Mule Kick machine, or an option to do so?

Shi No Numa: Could you replace the Perk Machine in spawn back with Mule Kick & then also an option to remove that like my previous suggestion. Instead of Quick Revive so that it gets that original feel again?

Wunderwaffe DG-2: I think it might be fun if possible to make the wunderwaffe look and feel more like the original

BO3 Censorship: I know everyone was griping about this in the Bo1 mod, myself included. A mod creator was able to accomplish this in his mod which you can find here "https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3259923232" I wanted to suggest maybe reaching out to see if that mod creator would be interested in cooperating and sharing how they were able to accomplish this, this is admittedly not as serious as the weapons so if you are reluctant to do this I understand. Oh FYI about this though, the "created by" shows a list of people, the main mod maker for that one is "MarBl"

BO1 MOD FEATURES I HOPE TO SEE:

Double Tap: I actually think Double Tap 1.0 would work best for this mod too

GobbleGum & Wunderfizz removal options

WaW/Bo1 Perk Icons

PHD & Widow's Options: Fully aware PHD was not in WaW but it works better than widows in my opinion

Ray Gun: In your patch notes I see you listing saying the colors on it had changed but in my game I just ran it was the base Bo3 Ray Gun, not sure if that's a bug or if the change hasn't taken affect yet.


Beyond this I personally think the mod would be perfected, I don't think it should have as many features as your Bo1 mod because in my opinion at some point or another it got over saturated with features. Which, I take responsibility for with how many things I was suggesting for that.

Honestly should've included the BO1 names instead (which I reedited). some of these are pretty close to what I suggested. I'll keep my suggestion up in case you change your mind. Kinda like my arrangement for the pricing balance.


As for the Wraith Fire Molotovs. You could probably ask the guy who made Daybreak for the scripts to the Wraith Fire, if he's still around in the community.

Only suggestions would be removing the Swastika censorship on all maps with them, and adding support for the rest of the best game maps which is already in your plans

Think removing perk machines should be possible.

If there's are assets available for these then I should be able to implement it, however I haven't really looked around for Wunderwaffe assets (and not confident people cared enough to port it from WaW)

I'll have to see how it goes: there's gonna be a lot of stuff in the original mod that is still applicable to this WaW-styled mod so I feel I'm still gonna have quite a lot of options - although obviously it won't exactly be all of them.

I might add these as an option when I come round to it, have any good ideas on how to generally label your layout? I'll probably call it 'Custom layout' and credit you ingame otherwise.

If no one has made the WAW hud open to the public you should use the Black Ops 1 hud.
A change i would recommend is the classic round sound change as it uses the same round change for waw-bo2

This is already included in the Black Ops 1 Zombies Weapon Pack and I will implement it here as well when I set up the lobby menu options.
