I am not sure if anyone else has encountered this but I was playing a solo match and I went through the first door buy instead of the elevator and quick revive was there so I bought it and didn't realize until a couple rounds later that it didn't give it to me. Then I rebought it and this time it showed I had it but on the special round I got downed and it didn't activate and the match just ended.
