Public release as v2.9(1.55)
Hey guys, today I've just updated the fuel prices and the depending costs. I also updated the interest rates of bank loans. I wish you all good journeys.

Change log:
* updated fuel prices and calulated the dependent maintenance, insurance and garage costs
* updated bank loan interest rates
