More realistic economy

Hey guys, there's another small update. First of all, I've updated the fuel costs and the associated operating costs. Like every week.

Secondly, I've increased the nominal fuel consumption, on which many of my calculations are based, from 6 mpg to 5.8 mpg. With a maximum fuel saving of 18% in "eco mode," the best-case fuel consumption drops to 7.1 mpg. As a result, overall productivity expectations are slightly lower.

A third point in this update is the reduction of wheel wear on trucks and trailers. The background here is that I wanted to standardize the life expectancy of components for irreparable wear of 50%. Previously, I had assumed 60% irreparable wear for tires and 50% wear for all other parts. This made estimating the need to replace components unnecessarily complicated, or rather, you received warnings about tire wear too early. I found that a bit annoying.

Before the police issue fines for driving with worn-out components, there's a warning at the weighing and inspection stations when the damage reaches 40%. I had already set the warning level long before this update. A component that's 50% or more damaged must be repaired or replaced. Otherwise, as I said, there are fines. For tires, this value is currently 60%. However, in the next update, I'll also reduce the tire limit to 50%. I'm doing this for you so that you won't immediately be given a fine after the current update if your tires are currently between 50 and 60% worn.

Otherwise, as usual, I wish you safe journeys and always full order books.

Change log:
* updated fuel prices and dependent maintenance and insurance costs
* increased nominal fuel consumption from 6 mpg to 5.8 mpg
* reduced fixable and unfixable wheel wear
