Bug reports & incompatibility.
Hey everyone,

Been seeing a lot of post about issues with getting the mod working and is creating this discussion to help consolidate the comments.

- If you have any bug reports please post them here.

- Currently it is known that custom translation mods will cause the mod to not work, however vanilla translation works without issues.

-For people with problems there are three options
1. Disable translation mod
2. Change item names manually in ItemName_XX.txt (17 items, 2 entries for each = 34 total)
3. Ask mod author to update the translations.

For translation mod authors:
Make sure that your translations in ItemName_XX.txt for Base Name and Radio Name match for all 17 radio items:

Example:
ItemName_Base.TvBlack = "ValuTech Television",
ItemName_Radio.TvBlack = "ValuTech Television",

Had an error of duplicate antique tvs being picked up when the tv was on.

Good mod but the videos on the tv are COMPLETELY out of sync with the actual broadcast. tried on both a save i made before i got the mod and a new save (not in that order) and it didn't work

Well yea bud, there aren't 24 hours of unique video on this mod... that would be 10+gigs.

Apparently the videos in the workshop content folders appear on my pc as .jpg, not .bik video files so i cant use the mod as intended. i dont know if its a problem with my pc or the mod

awesome mod but doesnt work at MP also in card radio for some reason, hope for better improvement, good luck with that

I think this mod (or vice versa) is incompatible with "Cryogenic winter heater". Dev for that mod says the heater must be equiped on primary hand and it should work like a radio with UI but if you have this mod enabled UI doesn't appear and you can't use the heater. Just a heads up :) Also load order dont make a difference.

idk why but I can't play VHSs on it. the option is there, but clicking it does nothing

I have some problem while hosting on my PC using this mod, when I first create a new save, the mod can work. But everytime when I rehost the server with the same save, whenever I open TV or radio, nothing pops up, even the menu from the original game. I've checked this with using only this mod, and the result still remains the same. Everything is fine when I was on single player.

Works for me in singleplayer with my modlist, but hosting a new server with the same modlist does not work

Please read the FAQ. Unfortunately the mod only works on new saves and not old ones when it comes to servers.

Im having the exact same issue as Kale (CDplayer, TV menus not showing), my servers world was created with your mod in the modlist, it wasnt added added later. (once I had my mods setup, the entire world file was deleted and generated fresh). Currently to fix the menus so I can use a cdplayer to alleviate a characters boredom lol. Im using B41 version
