One is on the surface in Santos Joint inside the buildings near the helipads on a desk - it's called Scientist keycard. The rest are underground. Security and Admin keycards are on the ground in front of the doors they unlock. Janitor keycard (Or whatever it's called) is on the janitor's cart also near it's door. Master keycard is on a pallet in the final underground area after you defeat the Horde boss.

bro i sercehd the 2nd floor over and over nothing i found the keycard above ground but im struggling
