Have you try re-subsribe or verify game files?
If still doesn't work, u can try this way:

1. Go to steamapps/workshop/content/1481170 and copy this mod folder (3415504844)
2. Go to your Documents/Proxy Studios/Zephon and create new folder name "Mods" and then paste this (3415504844) inside of it.
3. Start the game and check if it work or not.
