So I was trying to use the portal gun but for some reason the camera would always break and would go into this uncomfortable thirdperson view with first person not working at all.
So I looked through all the addons I had to see what was breaking it and apparently it was ArcCW the whole time, but I don't understand how a base breaks a portal gun out of everything I expected.
