Will Fully Dynamic Animated Blood Mod be compability in the future?

i downloaded this mod with the Fully Dynamic Animated Blood Mod and it didn't work, the decals just stop instead of bleeding or the blood on face decals. (i don't know what you call them)

update: it only works when the npc is alive.
