Just to have the answer for all these discussion questions, I assume that everybody is using the recipe browser mod.
If you search for the oracle or tainted deck, there is an item called the thread of fate and thread of abyss which lists how to obtain each card for their respective deck.
The thread of fate is sold by the archmage, and the thread of abyss is the shimmer version of it.
