CONTENT WARNINGS
Content warnings, as well as general horror sensibilities.

These are obviously optional to read and you can go in blind if you want.

Each section is spoilered, each portion in a section will go into more detail, whereas the first spoiler will be more vague.

Jumpscares
There are none. Unless you count confetti.
Confetti bang is at the very end of 6 (invitation.)

Flashing lights
There are no "large" intentional ones added.
4 (hocus pocus) has a cauldron poof when someone pockets. I tried to make it very small and not a "whole screen" flash. It's light pink and only has one burst. The camera moves away when you pocket so if you're playing solo you're definitely safe.
8 (separation) has sawblades, and these can cause "flashes" in the intro. I don't know why, but if something is moving fast enough, it seems it can cause pure white fragments, and sometimes these are big (like half of the screen.)
8 (separation) in the intro also can go by moving sawblades that are brighter than the background, that can sometimes come into view close to the camera suddenly.
The very end of 10 (consummation) can sometimes flash the eyeball GIF for a split second despite my best efforts. If you zoom the camera in here, you will avoid it.
Sometimes a giant leaf will flap right in your face, causing a "flash." It's pretty rare and random.
"Random camera slamming into a wall screen flashes" same as vanilla still applies obviously.

Monster + creature sensibility
Tend to veer into lovecraftian territory, or just fleshy.
They do not lunge. They are obstacles or part of the journey. Some can be neutral or vaguely friendly. Some are not.

Trypophobia
In the third area.
Background giant weird "coral" is full of holes.

Gore / meat
In the second area. Largely "ambient" gore, and "inside a living creature" themes.
Unidentified meat chunks, realistic heart items, red mystery water, industrial meat plant vibes.
