Cultural

Derbent
Cities with a Lighthouse or Medieval Walls receive +15% Culture, and can build one more specialty district.

Kucha
Triggers 3 Inspirations when you become Kucha’s suzerain for the first time.
After researching the Divine Right civic, Trade Routes provide +0.3 Culture for every follower in the starting city of your founded or majority religion.

Loulan
Cities adjacent to Lakes, Oases or Aqueducts receive +15% Culture and +15% growth.

Malé (Maritime with CSE)
Reefs provide +2 Culture and +2 Food.
Fishing Boats not on Reefs provide +1 Culture.

Pasai
+0.2 Culture per Population;
cities with a Theater Square or a Harbor exert an additional +0.2 Loyalty pressure per Population.

Suyab
Traders outside home territory provide +1 Amenity to the Capital;
provide an additional +1 Great Writer point to the Capital if there is a Theater Square.

Tashkent
Improvements over Bonus resources provide +2 Gold;
Quarries over Bonus resources provide an additional +1 Culture.
TRADING DOME NETWORK: Your Builders can now make Trading Dome improvements, and Trading Domes provide +1 Culture.

Vijaya (Agricultural with CSE)
Farms next to a River provide +1 Food;
provide an additional +1 Culture if the city has 10 or more Population.

Baikonur (Replaces Hong Kong)

Baku
Geothermal Fissures and Volcanic Soil provide +2 Production.
Improvements over Strategic resources provide +1 Production.

Chittagong (Maritime with CSE)
Receive a copy of Ivory and a copy of Pearls.
Receive an additional copy of Giraffe luxury resource, which provides 6 Amenities, after researching the Exploration civic.

Dilmun
You gain a free Builder unit when you become Dilmun’s suzerain for the first time.
Copper Mines and Industrial Zones provide +1 Great Merchant point.

Gaochang
Your Builders can now make Drylands Karez improvements.

Drylands Karez +2 Food, +1 Production and +0.5Housing. +1 Food for every 2 adjacent Drylands Karez. +2 Production if adjacent to Mountains, Oases or Aqueducts. Additional Science and Food as you advance through the Technology and Civics Tree. Prevents Food loss during Drought. Must be built in a line on non-Floodplains Desert or Desert Hills.

Gaoche
Receives a free Gaoche Artisan when training a heavy cavalry unit.

Gaoche Artisan Unique civilian unit gained from Gaoche Suzerain Bonus. Has a build charge to build a Mine, Pasture or Camp, but cannot remove features or harvest resources.

Gdańsk
Your Trade Routes to an Ally’s city or a tributary city-state provide +3 Production for both cities.
Receive a tradeable copy of Amber for the highest active Alliance level.

Lothal (Agricultural with CSE)
Aqueducts and Harbors are unlocked at the Masonry technology, and provide +30% Production towards Builders.

Palmyra
Unlocks the Builder ability to construct a Tower Tomb.

Tower Tomb +1 Appeal to all tiles in this city, and +1 Appeal to adjacent tiles. Improvements on Breathtaking tiles in this city provide +1 Faith and +1 Production; yield bonuses are doubled if adjacent to a wonder. Must be built on flat non-Floodplains Grasslands, Plains or Deserts. One per city. Tiles with Tower Tombs cannot be worked or swapped.

Militaristic

Dayuan
When you are at war with any civilization, Pastures provide +1 Production, and cavalry units receive +3 Combat Strength.
When you are not at war with any civilization, Pastures provide +2 Gold, and you receive the Ferghana Horses luxury resource. This cannot be earned any other way in the game and provides 6 Amenities.

Ghazni
Gain access to the Ghaznavid War Elephant unique unit and the Shah's Minaret unique improvement after researching the Divine Rights civic.

Ghaznavid War Elephant Ghazni city-state unique heavy cavalry unit. Can only be trained or purchased if there are less than 3 Ghaznavid War Elephants. Pushes defending enemy units back from their tile in any battle where they score more damage. Adjacent enemy units receive -50% flanking and support bonus.

Shah's Minaret +2 Faith. Provides Culture equal to 50% of the tile's Appeal. Cities with a Shah’s Minaret may purchase heavy cavalry units (including Ghaznavid War Elephant) with Faith, and receive +1 Amenity from each of their first two Shah's Minarets. Provides Tourism from Culture after researching Flight. Cannot be built on Tundra or Snow. Minimum Appeal of Breathtaking.

Kaffa
Builders and Military Engineers trained in conquered cities receive +1 build charge.

Khujand
Wonders and Walls provide +4 Gold; provide an additional +4 Faith if built in cities more than 9 tiles away from the Capital.

Kozhikode (Maritime with CSE)
+50% Great Admiral point.
Receive a tradeable copy of Black Pepper luxury resource, which provides 6 Amenities, if you have recruited a Great Admiral.

Merv (Agricultural with CSE)
+0.3 Production per Population in the Capital.
+3 City Defense Strength and City Ranged Strength for every 5 Population in the Capital (capped at +15).

Peshawar
Encampments trigger a Culture Bomb when built, claiming adjacent tiles, and grant +4 Combat Strength and Religious Strength to heavy cavalry units and religious units within 4 tiles, respectively.

Wuhuan
You gain the Wuhuan Raider unique unit when you become Wuhuan's suzerain for the first time.
Can purchase Wuhuan Raider with Gold if there are less than 3 Wuhuan Raiders.

Wuhuan Raider Wuhuan city-state light cavalry unique unit that cannot be promoted or upgraded. Can move after attacking. Pillaging only costs 1 Movement. Heals completely when killing an enemy unit, and provides Gold equal to the defeated unit’s Combat Strength (at standard speed). Combat Strength is increased when Stable, Armory and Military Academy buildings are first constructed.

Religious

Aden (Maritime with CSE)
Receive the Ambergris luxury resource. This cannot be earned any other way in the game and provides 6 Amenities.
Happy cities with a Harbor provide +10% Faith, doubled if Ecstatic.

Alamut
You gain the Assassin unique unit when you become Alamut's suzerain for the first time.
Can purchase new Assassin with Faith if the previous one is dead.

Assassin Alamut city-state unique unit with a unique Promotion tree. Has base Combat Strength equal to the strongest unit your cities have produced. Can move after attacking. Cannot be seen by enemy units that are not adjacent to it.

Antioch
Apostles receive +1 Movement, and +100% strength of religious spread in cities of other civilizations.

Balkh
+30% Production towards Holy Site district and its buildings.
Receive a Relic after building the first Temple.

Dhofar (Agricultural with CSE)
Receive the Frankincense luxury resource. This cannot be earned any other way in the game and provides 6 Amenities.
Your Plantations provide +1 Faith for each Holy Site building in the city.

Khotan
Receive the Khotan Jade luxury resource. This cannot be earned any other way in the game and provides 6 Amenities.
May purchase Holy Site and Commercial Hub buildings with Faith.

Sayram
+1 Science and +1 Culture for every 4 followers of your Religion.

Sri Ksetra
Receive the Saung-gauk luxury resource. This cannot be earned any other way in the game and provides 6 Amenities.
Temples receive +1 Amenity and +1 Great Musician point.

Scientific

Almaty (Agricultural with CSE)
Receive 2 copies of Wild Apple luxury resource, which provides 2 Amenities;
Receive 2 copies of Domestic Apple luxury resource, which provides 4 Amenities, after building the first Granary;
Receive 2 copies of Crossbred Apple luxury resource, which provides 6 Amenities, after building the first University.
One copy is tradeable and permanent, while another copy is untradeable and only granted while maintaining the Suzerain of Almaty.

Ārśi
Triggers 3 Eurekas when you become Ārśi’s suzerain for the first time.
After researching the Education technology, Trade Routes provide +0.3 Science for every follower in the starting city of your founded or majority religion.

Bukhara
Your Trade Routes provide +1 Science and +2 Gold for each Strategic resource at the destination city.
TRADING DOME NETWORK: Your Builders can now make Trading Dome improvements, and Trading Domes provide +1 Science.

Gurganj
Cities receive +5% Science for each district built next to a River, capped at +15%.

Malacca (Maritime with CSE)
Traders have +50% range over water. Trade Routes provide +1 Science and +1 Gold for every 10 tiles they travel.

Shule
+1 Science and +1 Faith for each Trade Routes to or from foreign cities; increases to +2 after building the first Library and +3 after building the first University.

Taraz
Killing a unit provides equal to 50% of the defeated unit’s Combat Strength (at standard speed).

Yuezhi
Settlers and cavalry units ignore Movement penalty from Hills and crossing Rivers.
Libraries and Stables provide +1 Science if you control at least 5 cities.

Hormuz
Luxury resources in your territory provide Amenity to 1 extra city.
Strategic resources in your territory accumulate 1 extra resource per turn.

Jolo (Agricultural with CSE)
Your Trade Routes provide +1 Food and +1 Gold for each Plantation and Fishing Boats in the destination city.

Kochi (Maritime with CSE)
+50% Harbor adjacency bonus.
Receive a tradeable copy of Black Pepper luxury resource, which provides 6 Amenities, if you have a Harbor with at least +4 base adjacency bonus (before calculating percentage bonuses from Kochi suzerain bonus and other effects).

Kyakhta
Receive +1 Trade Route capacity and a copy of Tea after building the first Camp.
Receive +1 Trade Route capacity and a copy of Furs after building the first Plantation.

Macau
International Trade Routes provide +25% Gold if you have an Entertainment Complex. +25% Tourism to civilizations you have a Trade Route to if you have a Water Park.

Tuyuhun
Internationa Trade Routes provide +4 Gold.
Domestic Trade Routes provide +4 Loyalty per turn for the origin city.

Wusun
Conquered cities receive Trading Posts.
Trade Routes provide +1 Production from Trading Posts they pass through.

Changes to Existing City-States

Hong Kong (Now as a Trade City-State)
International Trade Routes provide +25% Gold if you have a Commercial Hub or a Harbor.
+25% Tourism to civilizations you have a Trade Route to if you have a Bank or a Shipyard.

Samarkand
Receive the Golden Peach luxury resource. This cannot be earned any other way in the game and provides 6 Amenities.
TRADING DOME NETWORK: Your Builders can now make Trading Dome improvements, and Trading Domes provide +2 Gold.

Trading Dome (reworked) +2 Gold for each adjacent Luxury resource. +2 Food if adjacent to an Oasis. +1 Science for each adjacent Strategic resource after researching the Stirrups technology. +1 Culture for each adjacent Bonus resource after researching the Medieval Faires civic. +1 Trade Route capacity for every 3 Trading Domes, up to +3. Cannot be built next to another Trading Dome.

Some duplicate abilities. They seem like Paste errors.
1. Kaffa's bonus is a copy of Dilmun’s.
2. Balkh's bonus is a copy of Malé's.

I have checked and it is shown normally in discussion thread, selection menu, in-game menu and civilopedia.
