Observations from AI in Campaign
Around turn 35, I've noticed a few Factions turtle-ing hard and have 3-5 Lords at one city, sitting there.

If I see them continue to do so into the late game, and in another campaign, I may try out a different Ai mod.

Grasus Goltooth, Vlad Von Carstein at Schwartzhafen, Prince Tyrion at Lothern, and Malekith at Naggarond are all doing this currently.

6.0.5 - At turn 20, Greasus and Grimgor seem to be taking over the world.

Most Norsca, Beastmen, High Elf, Empire, Bretonnia, Wood Elves, and Kislev factions seem to be doing really well.

Chaos Dwarves, Dark Elves, Lizardmen, Vampire Coast, Cathay, Skaven, and Tomb Kings seem to be doing just well enough.

Vampire Counts, Dwarves, and all Chaos Gods seem to be not doing so well. Warriors of Chaos are doing great though.

Probably someone I'm forgetting.

Most Legendary Lords are at least level 15-20. Some are level 30+.

6.2.2 - Very Hard - High Elves - Tyrion

Notes
- Removing Never Obsolete Legendary Lords helped Ai lords not be overtuned early on. The other Ai mods, such as Deep War Ai, Ai Army Compositions, Upgrade Units for Ai, all work in favor of the Ai.
- Count Noctilus destroyed Caledor around turn 15-17, was level 13, with 4 purple items, a Necrofex Colossus mount, and a tier 4 flying calvary unit (from a mod), a mix of tier 1 + 2 zombie pirates and gunners, and some flying bats and some modded Bloated Corpse ranged units.
- Had to siege Caledor that he occupied with 2 full stack armies, auto battle said Pyrrhic Victory, I continued siege, he sallied out on end turn, and I successfully won the battle losing 3 spearmen units. Not bad.


Anyway, Ai seems to be at the desired difficulty for me currently. Having fun, surprised 500+ mods is working this well rn.
