Doesn't scale with boss HP multipliers
Summoning Goozma in its intended way will spawn it at its original HP even with a max HP multiplier applied (i.e. Fargo's mutant mod setting, Boss Scaler mod).

Spawning it with a cheat mod will have it as its full multiplied HP, but second phase will still start with its original HP.
