When Moon asks Rivulet how far theyve travelled, she lists NSH and CW in succession. This is consistent with the overseer spawn chances, with white overseers having a higher spawn rate than purple ones, due to being from a closer iterator. Purple ones are believed to belong to Unparalleled Innocence.
CW uses white overseers and inspectors.
I hope that no one uses the purple overseers, inspectors, or light rods. As I myself am using that to make my own Iterator, and also, no, those overseers do NOT belong to Unparalleled Innocence.. well I hope at least.
arti: chasing wind really doesn't seem like the type to murder you, at least not that quickly. perhaps more scoldings first before they decide to brain blast arti. same applies pre-chieftain murder.
rivulet: rivulet is not a purposed slugcat. they came about completely naturally, hence their entirely natural adaptations of fast speed and external gills, and their high mobility just allows them to explore a lot so they happened to get the mark of communication from another iterator and a green pearl from idk it was probably just lying on the ground somewhere.
the blueprint on the pearl is for the model of iterator that pebbles is, yes, but you may notice THAT IS NOT A MESSAGE. rivulet can't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ read pearls, not to mention the blueprint would be inaccurate due to the rot wildly reshaping the internal geography of five pebbles (the general systems bus is completely off limits for crying out loud, and over half my normal route through him is gone).
riv is also not sent with anything that could help pebbles, AND there's nothing that could help him anyway besides the triple affirmative or some kind of miracle cure for the rot. and iterators definitely wouldn't send something out solely for the purpose of ripping out another iterator's rarefaction cells, apart from like...opsiian's iterator oc i guess.
sorry to write a whole ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ essay but i get really annoyed when people say rivulet was purposed. oh yeah also nsh overseers never appear for spearmaster either, and are only in subterranean and outer expanse. they don't show up likely because of the bridge between outer expanse and subterranean ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ collapsing, which means that more of sunken pier probably collapses by that point and as a result it's overall very difficult to reach the retaining wall from that side.
spearmaster: the sulfur bacteria issue hasn't begun yet.
artificer: unless i'm mistaken about the ones in cw's facility, scavs don't really like iterators (their only "attacks" relationships are with overseers, inspectors, firebugs, and yeeks, with overseers, inspectors, and firebugs having 100% priority. overseer eyes have 70% of a pearl's value to them, and inspector eyes are the most valuable at double a pearl's value), so chasing wind is unable to call off the scavs for arti. instead, the sulfur bacteria problem begins to show up for arti, though it's hardly very intense.
hunter: the sulfur bacteria problem has gotten worse, beginning to cause issues in rooms such as mechanical components failing and parts of the background breaking off. chasing wind comments on the sulfur bacteria and the fact that they're doing something to fix it, and they're able to give hunter double the amount of cycles that pebbles would give (depends on the configuration of rain world remix)
gourmand: chasing wind has begun counteracting the sulfur bacteria problem, resulting in the bacteria colonies receding and not spewing as much noxious gases.
survivor: chasing wind has made more progress with driving back the sulfur bacteria, most of the invasive colonies are gone.
monk: almost all the invasive colonies of bacteria are gone.
rivulet: chasing wind has long since gotten the sulfur bacteria in order, and now you can see them performing repairs on their memory conflux. the previously darkened rooms there have begun to light up again, chunks of the background that were missing are back, and the large holes in the walls are being sealed up. chasing wind also comments on the increased vapor output from five pebbles and how it causes a huge increase in storm frequency in a massive area around his facility.
My source of information for CW colour was RW wiki page[rainworld.miraheze.org], where CW have been given pale purple color (#bfbfe5).
I haven't said that they are a purposed organism; they could have just visited CW on their journey and then been given the task.
It is much of a coincidence that the pearl Rivulet has is the layout of an FP-kind iterator structure and not some mantra repeated 1337 times. Also, why was the Linear System Rail highlighted there, which has a rarefaction cell that could possibly be used to revive the Moon? It's as if someone else knew all that and wrote the puzzle solution into the pearl. The question remains unanswered: who and how did they know that the Moon needs a rarefaction cell?
About NSH - you have a good point, but I'm not very aware of non-canon regions and can't discuss that further.
