Thanks for the report. This issue is not caused by Active Courtiers. It is likely caused by another mod that is overwriting common/modifiers/00_bookmark_modifiers.txt but is not updated to 1.12.5.

On line 3 of marriage_ai_accept_modifier in 1.12.5 the trigger has_character_modifier checks for abandoned_marriage_modifier. This is a very recent addition in 1.12.5. It seems on your side abandoned_marriage_modifier is missing from the game, which could happen in the situation mentioned above.

You could try to find what mods overwrite the above file (they should contain a file with this name in the folder where Steam downloaded them), and disable them.

Yeah, I fouund - it could be Travel the distance mod as the cause.
