Whether they are related to balance, lag, bugs, anything. If I can do something about them, I will.

The Calamity - Fargo's Souls DLCmod states in its description that it is not compatible with other major mods, including Thorium, is it okay?

WeaponOut may be abandoned, but as long as it is not causing any issues, there is nothing wrong with having it.
Regarding Calamity - Fargo's Souls DLC, incompatibility here means that there is no support for these mods (their materials won't be used for Fargo souls), but works alongside them.
