one thing I have observed throughout all the stat discussions that is missing from everyone's entries is bullet deflection.

It's a batsaber...
so...clearly you need something like "when this weapon is active: deflect all bullets"

when I saw this I was wondering how many times I would see this suggetion and......I didn't.
