Playing as China, around 900m GDP, central bank is level capped to 240. The currency in market circulation is already +30% priced and i will have currency shortage soon or later as i grow economy much further.

What i've tried to solve this issue:

1. I've created currency stock in central bank. Somehow i thought it could be related to currency stock (not gold stock). Did not solve the problem.

2. I've changed capital city and respawn central bank. The respawned central bank is level capped to 5. This created a worse situation. Also, there is a possibility that you can lose all your gold and currency stock while respawning central bank and transfering your assets.

I would try any suggestion.
