Balance?
Are the armors in this mod a flat improvement to regular power armor or are there drawbacks as well?

Neo samurai armor has a slightly higher damage resistance than vanilla Power Armor.
These armors also have a significant increase in movement speed and hit and evade rates in melee combat when equipped.
