Also could they get ambassador Formbi as an economic hero as they don't have a lot of heroes to begin with and could use some more. He was also in charge of a fleet during the swarm war so could give him a ship and/or command bonus as well.
I know it's not from an official source but could Kota get a SPHAT-beam Venator in space like he had in the AOTR before they separated him to a ground-only hero?
I haven't touched EotH yet, nor boarding craft - but I can certainly do so. I don't really play Hand much, so I'd need to first learn what the Furions are, and how they might fit back into the roster.
Should be easy enough. Unfortunately, based on my 30 seconds of research, there doesn't seem to be any official art of Formbi, so I'll need to get creative.
Possibly, but my one issue is that an early-game ship insta-kill like that could trivialize the NR early game or make it agony for the EA. I'd need to see if I could nerf it.
Could make it an upgrade for Kota like what happened to the former SSD leaders. Plus I suppose with 20 plus years of tech advancement you could probably justify the beam doing less damage overall? Or see if you can make it so it does less damage to capital ships and structures compared to frigates or corvettes so it's only dangerous to smaller ships?
Their ground units could also use the MAF gunship, AATs and droid commandos.
for the CSA- give them the venator and imperator class star destroyer in their normal roster w/ the clone wars ships
For pentastar alignment- give them the acclamator carrier and the torpedo sphere
for the Empire, give them the imperial 1 and 2 class gladiators
for the NR give them "old clone" ground units (just clones but rename them to be "old clone" like they are vets from the clone wars" and providence carrier/destroyer
A space/ground unit would work too but doing a bunch of heroes in 1 unit like the hand of judgement for the EOTH that's also an intel hero that's also a space hero might be a bit much.
So might be worth just doing a Rogue squadron like unit as a starter that can be used as an intel unit like Cracken.

There's an idea. I'm probably going to release an update that just adds Kota with a Venator, but at the composite beam is certainly on the list.
As for the other heroes, I'm not 100% on how to add them - either because I don't see where they fit or I don't know how to do what I want to do.
General Dodonna would be fairly easy - a conquer event for Coruscant, but I need to figure out how to make him then available in the Command Staff pool.
Sarin I could make unlocked with Borsk, which I'll probably do before releasing the update.
As for Eclipse, I'm not sure how to include her. I don't want to flood the Command Staff pool with a bunch of low-tier heroes but I have some ideas that I'd need to learn how to do so she'll be a maybe.
I'll think of the Justice Carrier. I don't think I want to add it to the base roster, but your upgrade idea has merit. Maybe I can make it a unique part of the Mon Cal corporation, where you can upgrade MC80 Liberty cruisers into the Justice variant there?
Since Rothanna isn't - to my knowledge - on any progressive GC in TR, I can't do that. I'll consider adding them, but more influence units aren't high on the priority list.
My hope is that the Hutts will come out for TR before RR is released, so I can add some of those ships to their roster, depending on what the final Hutt roster looks like. The Mandalorian ships will probably be linked to the MandalMotors company I'm going to make for Zsinj, and whatever is left will either be spread out across the factions or added to the Ship Market. But again, we'll see how this submod goes by then.
Point. I'll probably just steal ideas from AoL - slap some mass drives on a few of the ships, put them in a unique antique dockyard or something.
I already lowered the base production times for the Sabaoth ships with the Pirate Base debuffs in mind, but I can do it again for the next update.
