Dummies Guide To Shinji
Now Shinji is VERY meter based so a lot of retar- I mean silly people think hes ass but they are wrong so I'm here to teach you how to use Shinji correctly.

Movement options:
Since Shinji is meter based he had a lot of movement options like flash forward/back, weave,approach, and flash step you can use these moves to make distance/or get closer to your opponent but remember running/spamming for to long can give you sad/sadness.

Flash Forward/Back: These are his 2 dashes the distance you dash/tp depends on the distance you pick BUT the drawback is the farther you go the more frames the move is now this is a pretty big drawback but can be removed via Charge(we will get into that later)

Flash Step: Now this move is very good for make distance and is frame 1 but it costs 1 bar which is bad since meter is very important for Shinji so use it when you don't have any other choices

Weave: Now Weave is a amazing move which is very spammable and have no drawback and even has i frames so you really are going to be mainly using this

Approach: Its your average walk(which if I'm correct gets faster the longer you walk)

Now onto his Normal Attacks:

Throw(3f not block able/parry-able) - your average grab
Jab(4f block able/parry-able) - Very quick jab
High Kick(5f block able/parry-able) - Good stun and combo move
Sweep(5f block able/parry-able) - same as High kick^
Smash(7f block able/parry-able) - same as sweep^
Guard break(9f Not Block able/is parable) - Very good block breaker and combo move
Flying Kick(7f Block-able/parable) - This takes one air options and is good for catching people in the air
Air Normal Attacks:
Tap(4f Block able/parryable) - straight just a Air jab
Flying Kick - Straight up just the same
Dropkick(7f block able/parry-able) - Alright at comboing
Swipe Kick(5f Block able/parry-able) - Good at comboing

Onto his Special:
Iron dragon fist(11f not block-able/ is parry-able)(also it has a DI secret if this find this DI secret Don't tell anyone or it could be changed) - Very good at comboing but is pretty slow
Iron Kick(11f block able/parry-able) - same as flying but not really the best for comboing
Assisted Leap(9f Block able/parry-able) - Good combo ender and good at hitting people in the air or on the ground
Shockwave(7-8f Block able/parry-able) - his only ranged move and good as stopping moves you mainly wanna use this at a safe range to try and guess ranged hits/leaps
Earthquake(16f block able/parry-able) - This move is the move with the most frames but is good at dodging attacks ex:grabs and etc..

Onto his Supers:
Just Passing Through(Cost 1 bar)(9f Not Block able/Is parry-able) - short dash and is pretty good move to help combo
Charge(cost 2 bars)(15f) - Now this was the move I was talking about earlier this removes the drawbacks to going farther with flash forward/back but removes the ability to use flash step and flash step move variant
Flashstep(cost 1 bar)(0f) - This move will make almost all of shinji moves be a tp and doesn't add any frames you are able to ctrl the distance with DI and BoostDir a little tip you can filp then do (_MOVE YOU WANT_) and flashstep it to tp behind your opponent this can be used to dodged moves and attack at the same time
Counter(Cost 2-4 bars)(15f?) - as the name says its a counter and this counter is deadass useless
Speed Blitz(5-9f) - You will slow down time making all of your opponent moves take longer to come out BUT at the cost of passive meter drain
Flash Time(5-9f) - You will stop time but at the cost of passive meter drain this move is REALLY GOOD because you can just throw it out randomly and get a free combo
Charge > Overdrive(15f?) This is his First mode it makes all of his moves around 1.2-2x faster?(don't quote me on that) but passively drain meter very fast when your meter hits 0.0 you will go back to normal getting hit once in this modes cancels it also your so fast some of your moves will break and not work

Charge > Overdrive > Supercharge(cost 7 bars and must be in overdrive)(15f?) This is his 2nd mode which will make the following moves auto do the flashstep variant of them: all of his normal attacks(BUT FLYING KICK) armor kick and Just passing Through

whats the difference between faux burst and normal burst?

faux burst automatically uses speed blitz i think
also holy frick this tutorial makes shinji so much easier to use
