timestop is fine, its 4 levels of meter for a pretty short-timed combo extender not the end of the world, its time resume that makes it ''busted'' since you can just resume as soon as you start timestop and infinite combo the opponent :/

time stop is beyond busted make it punishable or at least able to defend from, busted ass move
