Xenograss bug
So I started Stellaris up with your collection and its gave me a repeating spam of the Xenograss event chain. The only non-collection things I have is a means to choose my Precursor and namelists. Was there a minor update to a mod/the game itself that broke everything?

Sorry hella old by this point but I just launched the pack and it works fine for me after updating all. was gone for quite a bit myself so idk if this would even be useful info at this point.

whatever was wrong fixed itself, so no worries. Instead I have some troubles with the L-Cluster. I tried opening it and it crashed.
