This just started happening to me too.

would recommend turning off steam overlay and if your shaders are set to very-high, reduce it to high / medium, Regardless of how strong your GPU is.

I found out; avoid using Vscript autoloader at all costs; it has become VERY unstable and will crash if you press use on certain physics objects; ie pressing use on a wooden crate or something rolling around; if pills are rolling on the road and you hit interact and miss the pills thus pressing use on the world. you won your self a CTD

unfortunately yes, you have to be cautious when using vslib or other scripting libraries with vscript autoloader.

to be completely honest, you don't really need vscript autoloader. as far as I know, its not even supported anymore

another mod that is very broken is the RNG Object spawner, with no other mod installed, i crash 70% of the time on mall (dead center campaign)

Are you sure that the RNG Object spawner mod causes crashes? Still not secure, even though it's still being updated?

had it on yesterday, and it caused a crash. its still beta, but sadly even with only that on and playing a custom map; it CDT; turned it off, and the game proceeded to work as intended; this is just my findings, everyones system acts differently so others may have a varying experience / degree of sucsess when using the addon(s) in question; these are just my experiences after hourse... no WEEKS of debugging
